Carga eléctrica exterior

Tengo una california ocean, cuando enchufo la carga exterior se me descarga la bateria auxiliar, debo hacer algo además de enchufarla

Tenemos la misma autocaravana que tú y tienes razón, algo está mal. Cuando conectes EHU, debería aparecer un símbolo de enchufe en la pantalla de tu camping y el voltaje debería leer aproximadamente 14,3v
Si eso no sucede, hay un problema, es posible que el cable de la EHU no esté conectado. Hay muchas publicaciones sobre este problema común. Si puedes conseguir un encendedor de cigarrillos USB con un lector de voltaje que te ayude a entender si tus baterías se están cargando (algo como esta foto). Cualquier cosa muy inferior a 14,3v en los enchufes de la sala de estar trasera o arriba y sus baterías de ocio no se están cargando en EHU. También puede valer la pena revisar el gran fusible de color transparente debajo del asiento del conductor, por si acaso se ha fundido y solo una de las baterías está conectada (creo)

(We have the same campervan as you and you’re right something is wrong. When you attach EHU you should have a plug symbol appear on your camping display and the voltage should read approximately 14.3v
If that doesn’t happen there is a problem the cable from the EHU may not be attached. There are many posts on this common issue. If you can get a cigarette lighter USB with a voltage reader that will help you understand whether your batteries are being charged (something like this photo). Anything much less than 14.3v in the rear living area sockets or upstairs and your leisure batteries are not being charged on EHU. Also may well be worth checking the big clear coloured fuse under your drivers seat - just in case that has blown and only one of the batteries is connected (I think)
