Burner not working

Sadly, I couldn't unscrew the hexagonal thingy (Jet?) - presumably seized - given up. Also managed to shear off the rear mech on my bike trying to remove the freewheel. Not my day!!

Can't you undo gas connection from underneath then lift unit out?
