Broken windscreen blind

Away in the van atm and the passenger side windscreen roll out blind has not fully returned and appears to be jammed and can’t open or fully close it. Luckily it’s almost fully closed so not a problem when driving but won’t be able to close it tonight. Anybody had this problem and is there an easy fix ?
Have taken extended 2 year warranty, any idea if it’s covered by that.
Any suggestions/comments would be welcome.

Ours did it on the driver. Ours was covered by the standard 2-year warranty extension. Our was stuck 1/2 way across, so we had to cut off to drive. Breeze also said if it locks up, try banging the pillar with the palm of your hand, which sometimes frees it up.
