Bike in a beach - MTB

Has anyone managed to store a bike in their beach like this?
I want to buy a 2 seater beach but am struggling to buy one with the correct spec. The plan was to store the bike along the side of the van [where the storage box is] when we are sleeping. I'm now wondering if I buy a 3 seater, could I store the bike like in the pics - i make the bed a bit shorter - or move fully forward?
Any thoughts?

2 folding and one non-folding in our two seater bench beach coast…

Seat fully forwards…sleep upstairs 2 people…the third person has their own van but no space for their bike and sleeping. 2 fold up bike’s can be stored with bench seat further back.

For a 3 seater beach, just slide MFB forwards to create a gap and bike should sit between MFB & boot. You should also be able to use the downstairs bed, will just be further forwards.

My bike fits between 2 seats so you may find you have a space if you take out the storage box. I have a 7 seater beach and have taken out the bench and just use the individual seats. I find the most difficult bits of the bike are the handlebars and pedals. Handlebars can be turned and pedals removed. Storing behind a 3 seater bench will most like need removal of a wheel. When considering which car to buy I took my bike it see if it fitted.
