Anyone use Mytyres for Tyres?

Just looking for some new tyres and got this...

I used black circles. Found it a very good service although I believe it is sponsored by Michelin so those are the best offers. Other brands are advertised.

I use camskill good price and service, then I use my local TRUSTED mobile tyre fitter, all done from my armchair what a life !

I’ve used them before and had no problems. Have found them not to be the cheapest now though.

I tried to order from Mytyres about four years ago. Complete nightmare. They took my order then couldn't deliver so I cancelled. It then took nine months to get them to refund me, which they only did after I started Small Claims Court proceedings against them.

They are based in Germany, and if you look at the reviews some tyres take weeks to arrive if not months, and the date codes could be one to two years old. Apparently some of these on line ordering stores find it acceptable to send out tyres with a DOT Code from 3 years ago saying they are fine when stored correctly.
I have used ASDA tyres with local fitment and they often have a discount code on line somewhere as well.

Not used them for the van, but did use them for some motorcycle tyres and as @CALIFORNIA-VW53DUB said they were over 3 years old. Managed to get my money back after returning the tyres, was a hassle I could have done without. Not bothered with them again as did not want to chance a repeat of previous experience.

Black Circles worked well for me earlier in the year. Surprisingly one of the fitting places was Watling Tyres about half a mile from me. The tyres were delivered promptly and fitted, balanced and paid for all in.
I asked the chap at Watlings whether they could have beaten the Black Circles price and he admitted that they couldn't have.
