Hi all, our SE’s bench is stuck in the bed position - I can see the pull strap has snapped. I’ve seen the other threads about this but can’t seem to figure it out or return it to the upright position to remove the back cover from the bench to look at the mechanism. Any advice would be appreciated, or is there anywhere which could be recommended to take it to in NE UK? Thanks in advance, Andy
