Bought a while back only used once as a trial. I don't need it to access the top bed and my wife wasn't able to use it due to her bad back. So it's been unused please check photo 2 - it shows damage to one of the straps that cleverly hang off the rear seat headrests. Maybe a defect or they need to be stronger.
