In the attached word document I explain how I gained access to the SA fusebox by removing the battery and the items connected to it. It wasn't difficult if you take your time but if you are not confident ask a garage. The reason I wanted to gain access to SA was I thought (wrongly) that a big fuse had blown and that was the reason why I was not getting a voltage at the habitation relay (under the passenger seat) and my starter battery wasn't charging when on hookup.
On putting the area back together I realised there was a cable missing in the battery top fuse box after talking with other members. There should be three thick red cables but I only had two. A bit of digging around I found the extra cable completely hidden behind the trim under the scuttle area. It could not be seen. After connecting this cable which was directly connected to the altenator everything started working as it should. Im not sure if this was from the factory (as the starter battery charging on EHU had never worked) or was related to the dashboard changes I had.
So if you have a T6.1 and your battery isn't changing on EHU check you have three thick red wires going to that top fuse box.
