Locked in!

Hi all, when I got up this morning I found the side door wouldn't unlock. I never lock the van (T6. 1) when sleeping in it, so this was a bit puzzling. I clicked the unlock button on the key fob and it still wouldn't unlock! I tried locking and unlocking on the fob, still no joy (I can hear the others doors locking/unlocking, but not the sliding door), in the end I unlocked it using the button on the drivers door panel.

Anyone got any ideas? We've had the van for 4 years, never had this problem before - did I do something odd or could it be a glitch in the matrix?

Just to add that the orange lock light on the drivers door panel (the wide one at the bottom) was flashing when I was pulling the handle on the side door

Happened to us once. Discovered we had accidentally activated the child proof lock on the driver’s door.

As above. Switch Off the Child lock.
